Morning Thunderstorm
We had a storm roll through here this morning and I have to admit this storm exceeded my expectations. I edited the video to what I believe was the best lightning strike ever. Although I didn't capture the strike itself, if you keep an eye on the tree closest to the camera you'll be able to get an idea of how intense it was. I have videoed a lot of storms this year but this is the first time thunder made me actually shake the camera.

Cincinnati Reds Fireworks
What a hassle tonight was trying to find a parking spot to photograph. I went to my usual spot and couldn't find a single parking space, yet the park itself was totally empty. Then I went to my second favorite spot, again couldn't find a single parking space. I ended up at my third choice which I wasn't happy about. I had some trouble with focusing but did manage a few that I thought were okay. I don't know, maybe I'm just being way to picky.

Another Fireworks Friday Coming Up
Tomorrow is another Fireworks event. Heading back to the usual spot I think, or maybe Riverside drive this time just to change it up. We'll see.

Cincinnati Skyline From Devou Park
I'm not happy with these photos at all. For some reason I was a little shaky so they came out a little blurry. Will try again but this time with my tripod. Going to have to wait for another day with those fluffy clouds I think.

More From The Zoo
I was going through some of my old photographs and came across these. I shot them just about a year ago. I have no idea why I didn't add them to my collection because I actually like them. Oh well, better late then never.
